Customer Service SMS Feature

  • The Customer Service SMS Feature allows users to receive text messages from Dunk & Bright Furniture regarding inquiries they make on the website. Users can expect to receive answers to their inquiries, product recommendations, next steps, and follow up regarding their initial inquiry from our employees.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, submit a new inquiry as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Return Policy: In-stock furniture items and any Ashley products may be returned for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the item back to our distribution center. We will pick up merchandise that is located locally for a modest fee of $249. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not modify product in any way.) If package arrives damaged, or with parts missing, please notify us within 24 hours. We are happy to send replacement parts as soon as possible.
