Coverage includes all the coverage of our Fabric Protection Plan, including:

Household stains such as bleach, cosmetics, crayon, glue, gross, grease, ink, lotion, marker, tar.

Food & Beverage stains such as cheese sauce, chocolate, gum, ice cream, juice, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, pizza, popcorn, soda, wine.

Human & Pet Biological stains on fabric, leather, vinyl, and wood such as blood, saliva, urine, vomit.

*Accumulation of stains, soil build-up over time, perspiration, hair and body oils are not covered by this plan.

In addition to the above coverages, the GOLD COMPLETE PLUS PLAN COVERS:

Accidental damage to wood and other hard surfaces such as breakage, bubbling, cigarette burn, liquid mark, checking of finish, chip, cracking, pet teeth marks, gouge, heat mark, loss of silvering, peeling, scratch, and to fabric, leather, and vinyl, such as cigarette burn, separated seam, broken mechanism, claw tears, puncture, cut, rip or tear, broken frame.

Return Policy: In-stock furniture items and any Ashley products may be returned for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the item back to our distribution center. We will pick up merchandise that is located locally for a modest fee of $249. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not modify product in any way.) If package arrives damaged, or with parts missing, please notify us within 24 hours. We are happy to send replacement parts as soon as possible. Made-to-order merchandise (items with custom fabrics, configurations, finishes, etc) may not be returned or cancelled. See Mattress Comfort Guarantee for separate mattress return policy. Easy return policy excludes clearance items.
